One of our first roles over 20 years ago was to help design a school for the future, an exemplar for how the learning environment could contribute to education transformation, and subsequently we have advised more than thirty local authorities and hundreds of schools and Multi Academy Trusts on their capital programmes. Our involvement with MATs spans everything from devising the business case through to setting up new schools, supporting conversions and writing bids to secure additional funding.

We also facilitate operational service reviews to optimise the back office to support growth. This includes procurement strategy and planning, structural resource and capacity assessments, as well as project managing the implementation of large, complex contracts.

Local Government

We are committed to helping local governments’ efficiency agendas, and don’t underestimate how challenging it is to get the right people, in the right place, to do the right job. Our team provide in-house resource to help clear back logs or to run specific projects.

Anything from childcare sufficiency audits through to supporting procurement teams to better understand the implications of the new procurement act, as well as adding interim capacity to in-house teams, we are here to work alongside you to get the job done. Our interim team work on an hourly basis to ensure that external resource costs are kept to a minimum too.

In the Care sector we advise on how to achieve group-wide efficiencies through the aggregation of, and sourcing of, new contracts. Our team specialise in identifying areas for improvement that lead to demonstrable savings and system efficiencies.
