Place Group has been at the forefront of social change since its inception, helping to devise, pilot and implement policy initiatives across the public sector since 2002. Led jointly by its founders Claire Delaney and Simon Rule, the Company has delivered central and local government strategies aligned to its unwavering vision; to improve the life chances of all young people.

One of our first roles was to help design a school for the future, an exemplar for how the learning environment could contribute to education transformation. Place Group went on to advise more that thirty local authorities and hundreds of schools on their Building Schools for the Future programmes. Since then, Place Group has consulted on and managed the delivery of innovative change and growth strategies, service sufficiency assessments, research studies, procurement programmes and sustainability implementation.
