Please complete the form below filling all required fields. Note the required hourly rates for the works are indicative and for benchmarking purposes only. These rates will be added to a supplier directory accessible only by NEL estates managers. They may therefore be used by the relevant trust to procure new minor works. If you have any further queries, including amendments to your proposed hourly rates, please contact us via email at minorworks@everythingfm.org (for NEL NHS Trusts recommended suppliers only).
